Activities in the region

Nature enthusiasts are in the ideal spot in Andalusia. The region boasts multiple natural parks and countless mountains, most of which are less than an hour’s drive from the Hacienda!

Caminito del Rey – 1 hour 15 min drive

Adventurers, take note! The Caminito del Rey, once known as Spain’s most dangerous hiking trail, is now one of the country’s most spectacular attractions! Embark on a 7-kilometer journey along the steep cliffs of the King’s Pathway. Marvel at the El Chorro gorges, hang 100 meters above the Guadalhorce River, and travel from Ardales to Álora. This is a route that takes you to great heights. If you know from experience that you suffer from vertigo, check out the photos first and then decide. It’s worth the effort to go. Don’t forget to enjoy the beautiful nature, the circling vultures, and the passing mountain goats.
